I need some real advice., I keep hearing the same thing over again

Hello everybody, It's me again.
This topic is about my problem with my gigantic, obsessive crush on a girl I know I can never be with, but pursue anyway. I'm sure most of you people know about Kate, the chick I went on and on and on about on the other forum. Well, she's unintentionally and unknowingly ruining my life. I need somebody to talk to, even though I'm currently in therapy.
People keep saying things like ''she's not worth it,'' ''get over her,'' ''you'll find someone else,'' etcetera. I need some real advice that does not resemble any of these at all. Please, if you care, help me. I can't take this any more, and I figured maybe you nice people could assist.

1) People are correct; no one is worth that much drama.

2) People suck overall sometimes.

But yeah, if you're crazy about someone or something, and it completely fucks up your life. You're gunna be a little uneasy about the entire thing; I know. It's happened to me already. You're just gunna need plenty of time to yourself to actually think about it; where you or her went wrong; why it happened. and everything like that.

Know what you want and what you'll get in return. I'm not saying that you should have one out-weigh the other. It should be balance.

If people say something, listen. you don't have to follow them all. Just listen and think about it.
