Glock Days
Register to win a Glock Pistol during Glock Days at Bass Pro Shops. One lucky person from each participating Bass Pro Shops will win their choice of Glock Model 17, 19, 22, 23, 26, 29, 27, 31, 32 or 33. Average sale price is $599.99. Register between July 7 and July 20, 2008 in the Hunting Department. The winner will be chosen at random from all entries received.

Ladies Intro to Archery
Archery is sport that looks like fun, but not everyone gets a chance to try it. Usually, you think you need your own equipment and everything else that goes with it. There are thoughts that it could be dangerous. If you did purchase the equipment, how would you know you would be safe learning to use it on your own?

Ladies, fear not, because Bass Pro Shops in Portage, Indiana is taking all of your worries away. Wednesdays in July will feature Ladies' Night in the Archery Range. Join our Bass Pro Shops Archery Staff for a night of beginning archery for ladies only.

During this class ladies will learn about the history, equipment and the basic stance and shooting techniques of archery. The Archery Range is located on the second floor inside Bass Pro Shops at 6425 Daniel Burnham Drive, Portage, Indiana. Many different targets will be available and all equipment will be provided.
