you are given the power to change something in the game, which part would it be and why?

I would save Pohl. He was a fairly nice character, yet he is killed kind of abruptly. He would have made a fine SoD.

Yeah, that was really messed up. I guessed I saw it coming though. His clothes weren't any diffent from the rest of the soldiers, plus his hair was brown. But, its true he would've made a good SOD, I in fact could find a few SoDs from SII that he could replace.

Anyway, I would change Suikoden III's trinity system. At first, I thought that Suikoden III had some good potential when I was first playing it, then after a while I changed my mind and started to dislike the whole trinity sight thing. I also might take out Koruku's (the dog) spot in the fire circle thingy (where you choose which character's chapter to play in). His place in there was pointless for me. I instead would of liked to keep Luc's spot, THomas's spot, Hugo, Chris and Geddoe's and then add the orginal Flame Champion's spot. That way once you beat the game, you then could play Luc's point of veiw then after completing that, it'll unlock FC's chapters that you would be able to play, of course the only characters you might be able to use in his chapter are Geddoe, Wyatt, and possibly Zephon (Past Lizard Clan Cheif).

If they did take out the trinity system though, SIII might be much different, since you might be using Thomas the whole time. Or they might just mke Hugo the next FC right off the bat without allowing you to choose. Then maybe Hugo would be the Tenkai star instead.
