American Idol is a very interesting show in my opinion, the drama, and the hilarity of the performances combine to make a very good and gripping show. Voice your opinions on the show here.

I have watched it before but im canadian so I'll stick with Canadian Idle

I like American Idle better then Canadian Idle, but both are kinda boring until they get rid of all the bad people except some of the real losers that argue with the judges, that stuff is great.

Yep, all they did was rip off American Idle because Canadian T.v. sucks and we have next to nothing good, that's why we steal your guys cable shows

lol. I watch the show. Simon is hilarious at times. Anyway, the only time i watch is when there are auditions and the final 12 or 10.

Yeah, the final 10 and 12 are always pretty good. That's when the competition heats up too. :)^

Not only do we have the 'Australian Idol' here (and before you say anything, American Idol is a rip off of Pop Idol, which is the British version, so we are all ripping it off), we also have to live through the American version!

Almost 6 months a year with some sort of idol show on, besides X Factor (and lets face it, no one cares about that!).

Personally, I dont see a point to watching anything but the auditions and the final couple of weeks. Even then, its not really worthwhile anyway, because only losers make it into the show, and it seems the most agonising performences get praise! They promote ineptness!

I admit, watching the judges tear some idiot to pieces for daring to have a dream (despite obviously sucking) IS amusing, but it doesnt justify the 20 weeks of garbage that follows.

Heck, even my country has Singapore Idol although it completely sucks ass...

I watched American idol... 2 was good... 3 was rather... Boring... The auditions are good entertainment and so is Simon... But after some time, it gets pretty repetive...
