Chill time, Seth & Summer

"You know, like Trey..."

"No...I don't like him. I don't even remember him. And him and I haven't talked and I'm not planning on talking to him anytime soon. And what the hell do you mean by 'true calling'? It's not like I only like bas asses, Cohen...I did like you once upon a time...not so long ago..." She said, getting a bit defensive.

"He's different...and I need someone to help me get over you..." She said honestly, looking down at the ground after she spoke.

He gulped slightly and nodded his head silently. Maybe she wasn't over him yet. He dropped his gaze to the floor as well, speechless yet again. Could this be happening? Seth Cohen not knowing what to say twice in one day? He could always ramble to Ryan and get him worked up about it, but why was it different with Summer? He took in a sharp breath, looking up at her as he stepped closer to her.

"Well uhh, I'm glad you've found someone you know, different than the geeky norm," he responded, the latter half of his comment referring to himself. "So uhhh, since you're here, and you never come here," he breathed in again, wanting to take his mind off the current topic of conversation was. "You wanna play a game or something?"

"Well uhh, I'm glad you've found someone you know, different than the geeky norm,"

"There's only one geek that's good enough to get my heart, Cohen...and that's you..." She said honestly, hoping she wasn't telling him too much. Truth was, she did still have feelings for Seth, so dating a guy completly different from him was most likely the best way to get over him.

"You wanna play a game or something?"

"Is that a challenge? We all know I can kick your ass in any of these games..." She said, a small smirk forming on her lips.

"There's only one geek that's good enough to get my heart, Cohen...and that's you..."

He nodded his head silently, hearing her words ring in his ears again and again. So she still had feelings for him, even though she was going out with another guy. He thought there was going to be another awkward silence when she spoke again.

"Is that a challenge? We all know I can kick your ass in any of these games..."

He laughed and shook his head, bending down to pick up his board. "Excuse me? You can kick my ass in the ninja game, but you cannot beat me on one of these game," he gestured to the various arcade games. "Unless coming down here is a secret obsession of yours, I think I might win this," he grinned.

"Nope...can't say I hang out here on a regular basis..." She said, then nudged him in the hip so that she was standing in front of the machine. "Okay so...what exactly do I do?" She asked, starring at the machine with a blank stare, almost hoping how to play would just magically pop into her head, though she doubted that.

"Okay so...what exactly do I do?"

He smiled slightly, shaking his head. "Ok, first, you put in money," he laughed, putting in the credit needed to start the game. "Now step onto the board and hold onto the handle bars on the side. To choose stuff, shift the board from side to side and press the button on the main panel to select," he reeled off instructions for Summer to play.
