| With another similar site being shutdown for using pirated templates/skins on there main page, I thought I would address some things. This site, (www.cservers.tk,http://s10.invisionfree.com/CServers/index.php?) Does not have ANY pirated templates or skins on its host. Nor do we host ANY files at ALL. That means there is not ONE hack, mod, ONE ANYTHING hosted on here. This host just has text, thats it. This website is merely a discussion forum, which is legal in every term of the constitution under my first amendment rights to talk about whatever I please. There is only two acts that the first ammendment does not cover, I will explain these and how this website is not in breach with them. First, We are not saying things which can be directly interpreted into others commiting a B felony or above within a "Immediate" timespan. Second, This site is not condoning or funding a orginaztion which is illegal or under terrorist control. If there is any questions about ANY of these manners, I am sure the intrested partys will already have my information and can feel free to contact me regarding anything in question. However, I take my rights very seriously, and any threats of termination or termination in itself cannot be taken as "violating the TOS" of ANY agreement I may have consented to. If there is threats or action taken, I will be taking legal action against the party in question, seeing as how I can only view these actions as discrimination from other who do not approve of what I am talking about. |
