7. Do you use IRC, MIRC, TIKO, or another IRC program, if not, will you start using it?

8. Why do you want to join the Council of Saradomin?

9. What can you bring to COS as a member of the clan?

10. Would you like a COS Mentor (a COS member to help introduce you to various things in COS)?

Requirements of the Council of Saradomin:

1) MUST HAVE AN ACCOUNT ON RUNESCAPE (Member or Non-Member)
2) Must be a Combat Level of 100 (F2P) or more to apply (95 F2P for future applicant).
3) Must not be in any other clan(s) (Unless it is a skill clan, if so post information where we can contact the Clan's Leader(s))
4) Must stay active on the forum by maintaining an average of at least 1/2 (.5) posts per day.

1. Register your forum username (Please use your Runescape name for less confusion)
