We've officially been open for a week and we're off to a
really great start! We have about fifteen members as of
right now and still growing! There are still some awesome
canons available like Bellatrix Black, Regulus Black, the
Carrow twins, Alice Logan, Frank Longbottom, and many
more! There are also several wanted ads, so you should
definitely come check those out! We hope to see you there!

We've been open for two weeks now, and we're still going strong!
We now have a Rodolphus, who is still in need of a Bellatrix. We'd
also love to see a Regulus Black, Alice Logan, Frank Longbottom,
Marlene McKinnon, the Carrow twins. As you'll notice, we seem to
need some Slytherins and Death Eaters. There are lots of wanted
adds just begging to be taken. Miraculously, we have more boys
than girls, still. We have a great group of members so far, and we
would love to have you on board!

With the holiday's winding down activity is getting a lot better.
We're currently in the middle of our first activity check and the
nominations for January's spotlights. So, if the canon you want
is taken you should check back in a few days and they might
be open! We have a great group of members and would love to

We've finished our first activity check which resulted in some awesome
canons opening up like Narcissa Black and Lucius Malfoy. Adults have
been becoming more popular and we're stoked! Our first site wide event
is in motion and we're already setting up for the next one which our
members are really excited about! We've also recently conducted a site
survey to get member feedback and are in the process of making some
really awesome changes!

Site survey was a success and we received a lot of useful and helpful responses from our members. Changes were made accordingly to help accommodate everyone's needs and suggestions were definitely taken to heart and implemented. We've still got our school social going on and details for our next site-wide event have been pretty much settled. We'll be having a Halloween Carnival in Hogsmeade that way everyone can be involved. Plot will be advancing with regards to the war and death eater activity will definitely be increasing. Major canons such as the Carrow Twins, Lucius Malfoy and Sirius Black are still open. Wanted ads have been popping up like crazy so I suggest taking a look (automatic plottage guaranteed!) Our members are as always, very welcoming and friendly so we hope to see you there!

Hey guys! Activity's slowed a bit but everyone's still around and kicking. Severus Snape and Regulus Black have opened up and we're still looking for major canons such as Sirius Black, Remus Lupin & Peter Pettigrew (seriously, James is nothing without his gang of notorious mischief makers). Some pretty big things are happening plot wise as we prepare for our next site-wide event. We've started incorporating subplots and we love member input, so if you've got any great/new ideas to bring to our site we'd love to have you! We've got an abundance of wanted ads so don't hesitate to check those out so you're guaranteed automatic plottage. and then we'll be doing a skin change and starting our next sitewide event! Both

Hello, hello! We've finished up our spotlights and activity check! We've also
changed our skin, started our sitewide event, and have put up our second
site survey on top of that. The sitewide event is still going on and there's still
time for you to join in all the fun! It's going to be legendary, my friends. There
will be some serious DE and Order action, and everyone else will be included too!

Hey there! We're still going strong and have recently gotten a fair amount of new
members which is really exciting! We've still got some major canons open like

Our site event is still going on as well, so you have time to join in! We've added
a new moderator, Shake. We've also added some new subplots so make sure

Hello, hello! HFH is still going strong! We're starting to work on our next site event
but there's still time to join the carnival, which is a lot of fun! We still have coveted
canons open including Remus Lupin, Bellatrix Black, Dorcas Meadowes, Severus
Snape, Emmeline Vance and Arthur Weasley! We also have several wanted ads up
which you can find here. We've also added some more juicy subplots with
characters that need to be filled! You can find those here! We've also made
another addition to our staff team, Amy has joined us as a Mod! We are still
looking for another mod or so! If that interests you, you can find our search ad

We're holding our third activity check which sadly means we will inevitably say
goodbye to some members but on the bright side, characters will be opening up!
The Hogsmeade carnival is coming to a close which leads us to this month's event:
a Masquerade and the appointment of a new Minister of Magic! There are still a lot
of major canons available! We've gotten some new wanted ads up in the last week,
so you should definitely check those out! HFH is trying something new...we got a
tumblr this week and we'll see how we like it! You can find that here. Voting
for this month's spotlights has also started. There are still several open spots in
our subplots if you're interested! We're also going to be changing our skin in the
next couple of days to one that goes along with our masquerade theme. It'll be fun!

We just finished up with an activity check and had a huge change of staff. We're
as active as ever! With the latest month came our new event, a new skin, and
some great new plots! We are still in need of some major canons and have a lot
of wanted ads that need to be filled. You should come check us out! We would

Our nominations for April spotlights just went up! We finally got a Narcissa and
a Lucius. We'd really love to have a Bellatrix to complete the Black sisters. There

We now have new April Spotlights! The Masquerade is over and Christmas break is now is effect for all students of Hogwarts. Students will be allowed to return home. Two new events have been added to celebrate the New Year: a student party (which students are allowed to return to school for) in the Room of Requirement. As well as a Burlesque fund raiser put on by Rosmerta Tiverton, owner of The Three Broomsticks in order to save her bar ( characters must be 17+) We just ended another activity check so come check and out and see what all the fuss is about!

Another month has passed and we're still going strong! We've just had some
great members added to the mix, and we hope to see some more in the coming
weeks! Nominations for the next round of spotlights will be going up soon, and
they will be followed by the next activity check! Finals are winding down and
our members are getting back in the swing of things now that classes are coming

Hello all! We're going through another activity check right now, so some canons will be
opening up in the next few days. We also have the next month's spotlight polls up, so we
will be recognizing new members very shortly. There has been a slight change to our boards
recently. One of the applications on our site got stolen, so they are no longer viewable by

Hey everyone! We've got our new skin up! Our event for this month is Hogwarts
graduation! We're currently working on updating our canon list to bump up ages
and the like. It should be done within the week. We still have some major canons
available. We would really love to get all of the Marauders! Other character
types we'd like to see more of are Death Eaters and students. We have 20+ members
and over 100 characters at the moment. We hope to see you around the site!

Greetings from HFH! We're still working on getting everything updated for the next
school year. As of right now our canon list still reflects the age/year a character would
be during the '76-'77 school year. By the time our next skin is up at the beginning of the
month everything should be updated for the '77-'78 school year. We will be doing the
summer months on HFH because we feel like it's a great opportunity to have our student
and adult communities mingle outside of our special events and Hogsmeade. We are
going to have another site survey soon since we haven't had one in a while. We're only
a couple weeks away from our ONE YEAR ANNIVERSARY! We still have some amazing
canons open! Severus Snape, James Potter, Peter Pettigrew, Regulus Black and many
