General Appearance: Long light ash blonde hair that is roughly an inch above her knee. Sometimes her hair is pulled back into a plaid albeit not very often. This luxurious blonde hair surrounds a delicate heart shaped face.Her eyes are large like a cows and coloured a soft steel grey and framed by long, thick eyelashes. Her skin is a pale coffee cream colour which nearly hides the dust of freckles spreading across her small button nose and cheeks. Her cheekbones are a little defined but not so much that she looks like a supermodel sucking on a lemon. She stands at five foot six, making her tall for age but brings her in at a healthy weight of 138 pounds. Billie is slim in stature.

She has a small scar near to the centre of her forehead. The scar itself is less than an inch wide and is a small crescent moon shape which gets her the odd jibe from passers-by. She wears odd shaped and chunky rings and the same goes for any type of jewellary that she may come across.

On a daily basis, she can been seen wearing loose-fitting jeans that hang at her hips. She usually wears single blocked coloured tops that usually hold some cheeky slogan or other and she has been known to make a few of these tops herself. She usually likes to wear checkered and sometimes just plain coloured over-sized shirts because she doesn't really care for jackets, coats or hoodies. On her feet she likes to wear converse all stars because they're comfortable and they don't hurt her feet.

Distinguishing Marks: the small crescent moon shaped scar near the center of her forehead.

Strengths: Her sense of honour and loyalty, her willingness to help friends. Her Boxing coach always comments on how her right and left hook seem to have the same amount of power behind when the one you lead with (Billie leads with her right) is supposed to be stronger than the one you don't lead with. Her coach also says she has a mean left uppercut that others would probably do well to stay away from.

Weakness: fear of large bodies of water because she continuiosly dreams of drowning and it scares her to no end. Some would say that her willingness to help friends would be on her or flaws as this could be used against her. Although Billie loves to box, She has a bad left knee. Which means if she runs up a hill it will hurt and probably make her collapse but on a straight road she can run for a long time.


Likes: Billie loves Rock music, her particular favourite though is Gothic Metal And her favoured bands being Nightwish and Lacuna coil. She also likes to sit down and write regular emails to her brother and find out how he and his pard is doing. Billie also enjoys rollerblading of which she is able to perform numerous tricks. Billie prefers the night as she feels more comfortable.

Dislikes: the hate groups, she calls them narrow-minded idiots who can't open their eyes to what's really going on. She also tends to dislike those that overly flirt or those that have an ego so big you can barely fit them through the door. She tends to dislike daylight hours only getting up during them when she really has to and she doesn't have to that often.

Partner: Billie currently has no partner, no loved one to keep her bed warm. Billie believes in love that there is someone for everyone, a soulmate if you will and she's to find hers.

Personality: Billie is of a sunny nature despite her choice in clothing which seems to keep some people at arms length but she doesn't particulary care for them because if they don't want to get to know her then she couldn't care less. As she says its their problem not hers.

But she is of a curious nature earning her the nickname of Kitty or Cat which her brother gave her. If she see's something that looks odd or even vaguely intresting then she (Pardon the pun) is like a dog with a bone. she won't lt go until she founds out exactly what it is. This has landed her in trouble a few times but due to her quick thinking and what some call her golden tongue she has been able to get herself out of such situations and came up smelling like roses.

Billie is at her most content and happiest when she is rollerblading or listening to her favourite bands through her mp4 player. It's like the world around her disappears and she is the only one left. And she loves that feeling. although she is prone to moments of utter sadness and prone to bad outbursts of anger as her best friend Kip disappeared three months ago when she was supposed to meet him for a blading session. She was late and entirely blames herself for it.

Since then, she has been trying to find him on her own but nothing seems o be working. She has no real idea what happened to him but she is determined to see him safe.

She believes in simple things like being loyal to your friends, which she has always been and she would defend them no matter what the cost to herself. She does have her own sense of honour which may not always be clear at first. But you can be sure that if you're in a jam then you can depend on Billie to be there to help.


History: Since a very young age Billie has been pushed to be academic rather than atheletic. Her parents believed that academia was the to get their child a better life. Billie harbours resentmment to her parents for this although in her parents pushing her towards a quest for knowledge has always left Billie with a thirst for more.

When she was six and partly due to her friends not watching exactly what she was getting up to, Billie attempted to climb the large oak tree in her parents backyard. Through this misguided attempt at a rebellion of some sort, Billie fell and split open the soft skin on her forehead. to which she recieved a small scar for her trouble. But that day she relishes with great pride because she had done something without her parents really noticing.

Growing up in such a strict household, Billie always felt the need to rebel although she could not help but feel that the reason for her parents strict behaviour and the rules the placed on her was the untimely death of her twin sister. She believes that her parents want to potect her from the outside world. To which she always tells them, "I'll have to go out in that big bad world eventually and you won't stop me then!".

After school, she can be seen weaving her way home on her rollerblades freestyling tricks along the way. Her parents had no idea of this and would probably blow gasket if they did know. Billie had barely any freedom so it sprung rebellious nature during her teenage years which caused her to sneak out and do things that her parents would have put the kobish on.

At the age of nineteen, Billie's Mother had a complete nervous and mental breakdown after their father died and since the family could not cope with this, had her put in a care home were she would be taken excellant care and they visit her regulary. Her brother, six years her senoir had taken on an odd demeanour and since brother and sister were always close, Billie was determined what was bothering her brother so much.

It wasn't until a year and a half later, when people she had never met before started arriving at their large home. It was then she met David, who 'tried' it on with her and her reply was to drive her head clean onto the bridge of his nose, telling him never to try anything like that again. One night, she made her brother think that she had gone to bed when in truth curiosity was killing her and she needed to find out what in the blazes was going on.

From upstairs, she could hear the voices albiet fainlty. Wereleopards? her brother involved with them? did he turn furry once a month too? This she had to find out. Racing downstairs she burst into the large dining room and demanded to know what was going because she could keep a secret and protect her brother and anyone thats on his side.

She was supposed to meet Kip for a blading session but turned up late because of traffic. Kip wasn't there but his bag was and that was weird because Kip would never leave his bag behind, it had all his art stuff in it. She declared then to her brother that she was going to find him because no way would he leave like that. Billie arrived in New York just over two weeks ago in her battered ford mustang that unbelievably is still road worthy and currently lives in a small apartment not to far from The Blood Theatre itself.

Other: Billie has a form which confirms her being able to carry a concealed weapon which usually carries silver bullets but she can't always afford them. She also carries a six inch blade which her brother had gotten specially made for her use, she carries it in boot sheath which tends to be uncomfortable. She's learned that you're only as good as your threat as far as the shifters are concerned.
