Well, for almost 15 months, Bleach: Soul Touched has gone through its fair share of things. Various changes in leadership, the coming and going of so many talented members, and of course, all the embarrassing little dramas which belonged in a kindergarten rather than a site for mature RPers. However, its 'glory days', as someone put it (SO makes me think of The Incredibles), are well and truly over, and for the past few months it has been in a steady decline, contributed to not least of all by my own waning interest.
Members have been leaving left and right, and when I tried to salvage the site by bringing together a group of people who could help me patch it up a bit, I found out that pretty much all of them were in the same boat as me. Whether it could be attributed to school or work, or nothing in particular, interest was simply fading.
So, it is with a heavy heart that I would like to announce the formal closure of the site. It has had an awesome run, and in its time has been easily one of the best Bleach RPGs out there, but that no longer holds true, and is unlikely to ever hold true again unless some people start getting inspired to begin again. There is always the remote possibility that the site WILL reopen in the future, but it is unlikely.
Rules, the Database, and profiles will no longer be available for viewing, in case some graverobbers happen along and start pilfering all sorts of goodies, but if you would like your profile, and do not have a saved copy of it, PM me and I'll PM it back to you.
That's about it. It certainly is a shame to see this site disappear, but I've made tons of friends from here, and wewtz, I'm glad I can still talk to some of you.
Anywho. As of now, BST is officially CLOSED.
