Is there a reason why we don't have them anymore? I would personally like them back.
Well you seem to be using one, and I haven't changed any settings. Unless you mean something else.
I can't change it.
It doesn't even say the option exists.

Changed it to 1. (It must have gone back to 0 for some reason since you were able to add one before.)
