WJM 35 LT 6

Chung scored on the 1st run of the game and then both teams settled in for a short rainy game.

Once again the Hawk D looked better than the Offense but they have time to tune it up for the playoffs.

It's not that the Offense looked really bad or anything but they might have been holding back a bit for the playoffs.

LT played hard but didn't have the speed to compete in this game.

cent 18 fox 15, lemar played well, as did keiko, keiko had a nice pick but got called for pass interference it was a little questionable but not a bad call. nemhie for the most part got stuffed pretty well he had a few runs of 7-8 yds but for the most usually 3-4yds. fox run game was decent but cent seemed to have a good game plan, and fox didnt go to the air much. cents passing game has gone downhill significantly with durant at qb. it was a decent game between 2 good teams and i would like to see a rematch in the playoffs.

That INT to pass interference proved to be the turning point but Fox's run game which looked dominant a couple of times also sputtered only providing 2 td's.

Canales had a guy wide open and the ball was dropped in the 3rd which came back to haunt them as well.

Fox did a decent job on Durant but a guy with his skill ended up with too many touches and was the difference in the end.

#3 for Cent had a couple of huge tackles for losses at important times which helped seal Fox's fate.

If these 2 teams meet again it will be a close one and if Fox can ever find some consisentency on offense they could easily win.

I repectfully disagree, Rvns. This game is right up there with the worst game of the year, from almost all perspectives. These two teams won't go anywhere if tonight is any indication.

Lemar Durant was 90% of Cents offense and 100% of their points...Cents coaches better pray that Lemar is durable. Kankalongo was ineffective, partially because Fox dominated at the line. Pospichil was non-existent.

Fox employed the most timid of offensive schemes and completely failed to utilize the skills of Canales. What's up with that? Even though Green was not in the game with his speed and guts, much more could have been done offensively. At times, there was almost a knack for calling the wrong play.

When 9-10 are stacked in the box and Lemar and the other safety are playing 5-8 yards off you have to call plays that loosen things up. Only done a couple of times.

Terrible game....but Fox won 90% of the battles at every position but 2...Durants multiple positions and offensive play calling. That Durant is really something else.

That is the truly scary thing of it Suit, if Fox's offense ever gets on track it will be game over for anyone playing them.

Also Cent has to get the ball to #11, I don't think they ever passed to him even once during this game, I could be wrong on that, but he was a non factor

This score does not reflect how ND really played.ND was the better team today.....but thats football. The playoffs should be exciting.

i never said it was a good game i just said you could tell that it was 2 good teams playing. i agree that they could have used canales more effectivly almost in the way cent used lemar with more boots and qb sweeps along with other plays of that nature. i wouldnt say that foxes lines dominated but they did play much better than cents. I would really like to see foxes offence get on track because i feel it would start to resemble last years production.

#11 is Pospichil..the problem, as I see it, is that Lemar truly can't pass his way out of a wet paper bag...he is a running athlete using his strong legs and intuitive spidey-sense to generate offense...great athlete

Cent only achieved 2 decents runs thru Fox lines all night and they were the result of sloppy tackling...almost all their offense came on the edges. I think that qualifies as line dominance.

Durant's running and catching ability is what got him his scholarship. He was picked up as a WR, not a QB, suit. So all his qualities as a fast running athlete with hops, are what matters. He's playing QB because Williams is out for the season, and he's doing a hell of a job! Did you see him hurdle that guy? Amazing!
