Markings: He is extensively covered in tattoos drawn in "smart ink" which allows him to actively choose which ones he displays. He has almost all-known gang tattoos prevalent in Chicago as well as multiple others known to frequent the United States. Other than these, he bears various religious iconography and symbols. The reasons for this is unknown.

Hobbies
J. Bailey excels in many physical trials as would most of his "race". He is an avid climber and swimmer as well as a proficient hand-to-hand combatant. He excels, though, in sharpshooting with various handguns including his customized Smith and Wesson Model 500 pistol.

Remarks
Mr. Bailey almost invariably wears a tailored black suit and tie as his attire. He does tend to "liven things up" by sometimes wearing different styles of button-up shirt and tie depending on the circumstance however. When sighted in the Carribean, for instance, he wore a Hawaiian shirt and royal blue tie with his standard black jacket and slacks. Although his attitude is far from ideal, the man does have fashion sense.

Known Weaponry
•Revolver, modified -- His revolver, which he affectionately calls the "Heaven and Earth" is supposedly the former sidearm of a famous Maverick Hunter, although reports of this have not been verified. It appears to be a customized S&W Model 500 with the 10.6 inch barrel configuration. Ballistics tests done at scenes where he was witnessed using the gun have determined that he uses .50 caliber magnum shells which, coupled with the rear sight he has added, make for devastating and accurate shots. Photographs of the gun reveal that he has added a muzzle brake to reduce recoil and it has been modified to be a double-action revolver.
•R.O.Y.A.L. System -- As a hand-to-hand combatant, Bailey is almost unparalleled in his ability to minimize and counter an enemy's attacks. We believe that he uses the prototype R.O.Y.A.L. System which Hunter scientists experimented with a few years back. How he obtained these modifications is unknown. The system catalogues several of the known hand-to-hand styles of combat and analyzes the most effective means for deflecting or countering an assault. The prototype of the system does not teach the user how to perform these original attacks, thankfully. Nonetheless, he has proven to be more than a match for the Maverick Hunter's basic and even advanced hand-to-hand combat training.

EVALUATIONS
All things considered, Jack Bailey is first and foremost a sardonic, flippant scoundrel. He obviously enjoys taking risks and calculating the odds of success, then pushing them to the edge of failure. It is for these reasons, no doubt, that he was discharged from the United States Military Police Reploid Division and arguably the reason he chose a life among the criminal underworld. Prior work for the Maverick Hunters has shown that he often ignores and outright refuses to do paperwork and displays a distaste for having to "cut through red tape". He has a tendency towards rash and aggressive postures, giving him the nickname of "The Hellion" -- an unusual trait for those used to his lackadaisical demeanor. His positive attributes, however, include a natural curiosity, a tendency towards problem solving, and a dedicated worker. He is prone to boredom, however, and suffers from mild depression whenever he feels as though he is not being challenged.

Mr. Bailey has strong interpersonal skills as a result of his experience as a fixer, but does not actively seek out companionship, preferring to build his relationships through work. Most importantly, he views the world in terms of chaos and order -- his definitions of such things are flexible depending on the present political climate. However, in terms of Mavericks and the Maverick Virus, he is steadfast in his classification of them as chaos.

SUMMARY
If kept under close supervision, we believe that Mr. Bailey would be an excellent candidate for Maverick Hunter recruitment.

I've taken a liking to the more off-beat styles of characters in my recent writing projects and I'm interested in seeing where Jack goes for any MMX roleplaying that is done! I tried to write him as something of a minor character though, since my workload prevents me from actively participating in any regular roleplaying, sadly.
