Out of all of the anime and manga out there, why in the heck would my faovrite be about football. It boggles the mind. Me, who doesn't watch nor have care for football.
But, Eyeshield 21 is the best manga ever.
Sena is a weak, good natured fella. He is small, and timid and frequently picked on. And since he is a target for bullies, to avoid getting beaten up, he gophers for them. And because of all the running away hes done, Sena has gotten pretty fast. His speed has caught the attention of Hiruma Yoichi, the demonic (and sexy!!<3) capitan of the football team.
Then follows the typical sports manga plot. No name team pulls forward, defeats the bigger teams to reach their ultimate goal, the Christmas Bowl. All nice fun. But what makes it so unique are the charaters. Hiruma looks and acts just like a demon, carrying guns with him everywhere. There is Kurita the massive yet goodnatured lineman. You have entire SCHOOLS filled with interesting charaters ( there is a school obsessed with Egypt and so on..)
It is hands down, the BEST manga/anime ever.

ok i don't know if i put this in the right topic or not but i didn't know where else to put it.
so ok i have started a myspace group called the SOS BRIGADE,its where u can watch every dubbed episode of the melancholy of haruhi suzumiya and also talk about anime or anything else.
also there will be a movie every 2 week this weeks movie is battle royale. if u would like to make a request of which movie sholud be next go right a head but it has to be a live action japanese movie.
so thats all i really have to say oh and to watch the melancholy of haruhi suzumiya the epsodes will be in a bulletin untill i figure out how to link.ok thats all the link to the group is

It's been out for a month and there're fansub groups fighting each other to sub it (well, not really, but there are a lot of groups covering it)! If this turns out to be like the previous series (which it will, hopefully), then we have another awesome title to add under "Best anime of 2007" (like Lucky Star isn't awesome enough!). Anyone else seen it? Have I piqued the interest of those who haven't? Anyone with a different opinion on this one? |

One of mine is from Yuu Yuu Hakusho (English dub) and the spirt egg hatches and rests itself on yusukes head and Hiei sees him as says "What is that ridiculous thing on your head?" or somthing like that. The delivery of the line and his expression where the best XD
One of from Sailor Moon and the Senshi are spying on Rei and hide behind a waitress. When Rei sees them she gives the funniest looking face I've ever seen XD *snort die*
And the entire season of Hare + Guu. Its all a laugh fest. Every last bit |

alright I've been watching quite a bit of ecchi/fan service heavy anime lately and felt the need to make a topic about it 
well here's a good chunk of what I've seen so far, feel free to discuss or add to the list.

Eiken - quite possibly the most over-the-top-almost-porno-ridiculously-large-breasted anime I've ever seen
Love Hina - classic harem comedy
Negima! and the remake Negima!?
Nurse Witch Komugi
Popotan - really cute story but kind of hard to avoid the ecchi when it's based off an h-game
Steel Angel Kurumi
Melencholy of Hauruhi Suzumiya
Gravion - fanservice AND giant robots /no1
Najica Blitz Tactics - the series that immortalized the panty shot
Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha - more loli-tan then anything but it has it's moments >3
Green Green
as far as story goes Haruhi and Nanoha are probably the best, although I absolutely LOVE Komugi-tan
as far as over all quality goes they're all pretty good, and for the most outrageous and shameless fanservice Eiken all the way (anyone who even knows what it is should agree with me on this one lol) |

Anyone here seen it?
just came out in Japan maybe a month ago and I've see everything that's been fan-subbed so far. from the same studio that did Haruhi (which is out in the states now >3) and it's really cute, the OP is like magical crack, just can't stop watching it XD |

So I just got the First Stage complete box with Japanese audio intact <3
Yeah I've already seen everything from first to fourth stage and everything in between, but it's nice to actually OWN it ya know
So who else has seen Mr. Shigeno's wonderful tribute to mountain drift racing?
The CG in the 1st, 2nd, and Extra Stages definitely looks dated by todays standards but keep in mind the N64 was state of the art when it First Stage released, Battle Stage was an improvement, and the 3rd and 4th stages are beautiful, and of course the music <3 Eurobeat.
And if you've ever wanted to see a complete failure at localization check out the dub, you'll laugh, then cry, then most likely get a sudden urge to stab someone XD |
