The buzz word lately, at least here in Ontario, is 'Sustainable'. It seems to be the hot topic for politicians to sling mud at each other over. More importantly, I think it better reflects the goals of the members here... not to be different for different's sake, but to create comfortable, low-impact, environmentally sustainable homes.
