Yeah, you're right, fan websites are good.

If you look at the Ace-related links above, you'll see some fan websites people have tried. I'm also guilty of trying, but not *remotely* hard enough to produce anything at all. It's one of those things that require fans with time on their hands, great HTML skills, and webhosts that'll last. For blogging, we have the
livejournal community, where the episodes may be found. Though, now you mention it, there's not a big overlap between what goes on the community and what goes on the forum.
This forum has been the major fan place for discussion for some time, and while it's not as high in google ranks as we'd like, it's still linked to on many other places mentioning the show (eg. fanfiction.net forum, the lj comm). It's also not likely to change unless invisionfree changes, especially because the people who own it are not around much any more (Scarab and I only have power to moderate individual posts), but changing forums at this point wouldn't contribute much, if any, additional functionality. As to interconnectedness...what you have to say is interesting. Do you have any suggestions?
I don't recommend Geocities, though, as it's
closing down. (Mental note: I must save the two Geocities fan websites and ask permission from the authors to put them up on some other site.)
