...I think thats what its called, anyway

If anyone had any spare time and could do that, I would be so grateful!

When It All Falls Apart

And I am so down. My old computer Abby- which is all buggy and crashing ate my AL season one episodes and when I went to copy the episodes from the discs to my new laptop I discovered five of the twenty six episodes won't show video in media player or movie maker- only in my DIVX player.

Good news- I am trying to get a video camera to hook up to the tv and one vcr in all the house that plays my copy of the episode AL Season 2- The Master Plan properly and record it to minidisc and then to my computer...hopefully it works.

I'll keep everyone tuned.

Sorry to hear that, Allison. My computer has been screwing up the last four weeks as well. It keeps shutting down and giving me blue-screens of death after I log in and then only works after half-an-hour or so and then sometimes takes a while longer to get to work properly. Today Windows wouldn't boot up for a while and scared the heck out of me.

May I recommend downloading VLC Media Player to solve your Ace episodes problems. Sarah recommended it to me and it works a charm. I believe it opens any video file.

Oh and that would be excellent if you can upload 'The Master Plan'!

This would be so much easier if I hadn't taped it in long play- or another VCR played it okay ( ironically my long play screwy copy is the only copy)... no so I just have to get it onto the video camera disc ( figure out how and all- I think I know how I just have to wait for Monday to try)

At which point (hopefully it works) I will send it to Sarah.

I do apologize for taping the damn thing in long play to start with - but I was pretty broke and in school at the time when I was taping the eps.

I think I tapped over all of my old Ace tapes. Including a majority of the 2nd series when it first aired here in Australia...

Not wanting to be rude, but isn't it for you to decide whether or not you choose to download the video or not. You have your rights. Or did your parents stop you for your own safety. If so then that's understandable.

We have limited download thing-ys on our computer, and It would eat up to much...somethings to do with downloads.

Ah right. Well in that case, I suppose I can always download the episode and do the transcript myself. I just found out they work on Windows computers!

allison, please keep us updated on getting the final episode up somehwere on the internet. One of the main reasons for me not writing my episode recaps recently is because I didn't want to watch ALL the episodes except for the final one and then be left hanging without the final one.

I selfishly second Rider here I sort of don't want to see it because it'll be all final and depressing and I'll cry buckets of tears at we-all-know-which-event, but all the same, I really really want to see it.

Can I offer some sort of incentive? In art form?
