Name: Evangelos Panagiotis
Alias: Evan

Age: 13
Grade: Freshman
Birthdate: October 31st
Race: Human: Caucasian (Greek)

Sex: Male
Orientation: Heterosexual

Country of Origin: Greece

Appearance:
Evan is behind when it comes to physical maturity. Weighing only 118 lbs and standing at 4’11”, he is at a great disadvantage against people larger than himself. It also doesn’t help that he has a small frame. But even with this drawback, Evan is able to fend for himself well enough. Evan’s attire consists of two a t-shirts and shorts. The first t-shirt is decorated in horizontal teal and white strips going down the material; the second shirt has a solid teal hue. Its sleeves are long so they poke through the first; his shorts are nothing more than a shade of brown.

The boy wears a brown armband on his right arm and as well as a small rubber band. His left wrist also has two rubber bands wrapped around it. His carrying bag is what rest across his chest. This is where he keeps various books and the Hiou.

Personality:
Evan is an arrogant brat with a mouth to match his ego. Often times he is loud and rambunctious to cause attention for himself. Those who are displeased with his behavior confront him only to be shot down by insults. These encounters sometimes turn into brawls. Even if Evan isn’t always victorious, his adversaries think twice before pestering him a second time.

The boy has no care for materialistic things, however. Evan was quick to discard whatever attachment he had with his trinkets when his aunt threw them out. She wanted nothing to remind her of her deceased brother; it was bad enough she had to see a replica of him every day. Evan did keep his special golden box safe. The item means nothing to him, but he becomes very possessive when it is within someone else’s reach. It’s almost as if he expects something to jump out if unlocked. Of course, he would never know because he can’t seem to open the box himself.

Evan yearns for attention from his peers but would never accept their companionship. He feels that he was somehow responsible for his father’s death. And so history does not repeat itself, Evan avoids people unless he has an urge to harass them.

Powers:
Hiou (secrets)- This weapon seems like nothing more than a square chest. Bejeweled with gems of high quality and created from gold, it’s about the size of a softball. It looks quite delicate though it’s very sturdy. What dwells within the box, however, is the deity Izananmi. When opened Evangelos is taken over by the goddess until the duty is completed or the box is closed once more. But Evangelos can not open the box himself. In order to summon the great goddess, the box must be opened by another person.

(Izanami) Ame-no-nuboko (heavenly jeweled halberd)- This weapon was bestowed to her and her former spouse by the first gods to create the first land mass. This weapon was also given the power to determine both life and death. However, much of that power has been lost with time.

Shiawase de Jikoku (A moment of bliss) The Ame-no-nuboko still has the ability to resurrect a creation. This power does have its setbacks. Resurrected beings become nothing more than dummies. Their life span is also cut short to a few breathes before returning to the grave.

Skills:
Tree Climbing: Many would not consider this a skill, but not everyone can pull themselves onto a branch. Evan is nimble like a feline when it comes to this task. Even if there are branches out of reach, he is able to find the nook within the tree which will get him to his destination.

Cooking: Because his aunt is always out working, (or so she says) Evan is forced to fend for himself. He isn't the best cook, but his food is edible. This sustains him until his stomach cries for more nourishment for the next meal.

Steel Stomach: Evan is able to ingest various foods that people may find disgusting. The food ranges from burnt to raw, bland to over season. Evan had to develop a strong stomach when he first began cooking; during his early experience, his food wasn't exactly edible.

History:
It is foretold that while time was still young, the earliest gods created two deities known as Izanami and Izanagi. As the first two beings, their task was a simple one: to create land mass. But to do this, the gods bestowed to them the sacred Ame-no-nuboko or heavenly jeweled halberd. Born from them were many; among the mass were the eight Japanese islands. The goddess did lose her life when she gave birth to Ho-Masubi, causer of fire. This sent the god Izanagi on a search for her in the realm of the dead. When the god found his mistress, he was horrified to see that her beauty had faulted and she was nothing more than rotting flesh. Because the woman had eaten food from the underworld she was cursed to remain there. In fear Izangai fled from the cave, blocking the entrance with a boulder. Izanami warned her husband that she would slay 1,000 people each day; In turn, Izanagi replied he would replace the dead with a 1,500.

As promised, the goddess was able to leave momentarily to slay her 1,000, but her spouse would always best her. In order to have Izangai discontinue his births she had to end his life. However, the battle had to be quick because Izanami could only be away from the underworld for a short time. While Izanagi was out “birthing”, Izanami ambushed him. Immediately, they went into a fierce battle. Many times throughout the battle, the goddess tried to yank the sacred halberd from Izanagi’s grasp to no avail. The battle seemed to have ceased when Izanagi launched the spear through Izanami’s chest. But how could one kill the mistress of death? In desperation, Izanami reached for the god and pulled him into a kiss draining him of his life force. Releasing her grip, the mighty god fell limp into the ocean below them. Izanami’s victory was short lived however. Almost immediately, the death goddess was sealed within a golden box by the other gods from causing more damage.

Evan was born within a simple home even if he only had one parent; his mother, Evan's father explained, had died shortly after his birth. His father had a decent job as an archeologist. Because his father traveled often, Evan was home schooled so he too could tag along. Evan’s father would purchase unique sovereigns from each new place so Evan’s room was filled with vast items. During one journey, the pair had gone to a village in Japan. While his father did his job, Evan was free to explore his environment. The boy roamed through the place looking for trinkets to take back home with him when he came across a shady character with a box. This box interested Evan immensely and was willing to make a deal with the man even if he was weary of him. The boy didn’t have much on him and offered what he had. The man made the exchange in glee before departing quickly. Satisfied, Evan tucked the item away and went to search for his father.

Upon returning to their native land, Evan had showed his father the trinket which he bought. Curious, his father opened the box only to be blinded by a fierce light. When the light had subsided, his son was replaced by a rotting figure with a spear impaled in between her breasts. Pulling the spear from her chest, the being stabbed Evan’s father in his heart. When the man slumped over, the goddess caught his face within her hand and sucked him dry. Now rejuvenated to her former beauty, the goddess Izanami let the corpse fall to the floor. When Evan came to, he found his father’s corpse lying upon the floor, the golden box beside him.

Evan was sent to England where his father’s sister resided because he no longer had relatives in Greece. No longer able to pursue home school, Evan was sent to attend a school known as Academia Mutandis.

Apologies for the delay.

And I'm going to need more information before I can proceed. Specifically, exactly what powers the Ame-no-nuboko convers on him ("power over life and deth" is both very vague and very worrisome), and some information about how he looks and behaves in "Gooddess form" (since I can't imagine that being possessed by a goddess of death won't have soem effect on his personality.
