Max,

I'm not a heli guy, but I've always wanted to know and to see the inner workings of a helicopter. Got room for one more?

Just looking at the HK450.

"Upgraded belt pulley gear & shaft. (No-slippage)

NOTE: Helicopter skids have been updated to a 1 piece Fibre Reinforced Nylon unit and the blades are now changed to a stiffer moulded FRN material with carbon insert. Please see the photo with all the assembly parts.?"

Does this mean the tail problem has been fixed? If not, would getting This tail upgarde fix that problem. I'm thinking of getting one now. might as well have a back up. I also noticed it says upgraded blades.

It says they they fixed the slippage problem, but cabral101 just got one, and his slipped... I would replace it with an align unit... it's not the back end that is slipping, its the little white gear that drives the belt... It's the bottom gear of this part that slips...

The new landing gear seems ok, probably more resilient than the aluiminum tube skids. I don't like the rubber grips on them though, makes the heli stick to the ground, which means its much more likely to tip over if you are just getting started, but then again, you should have training gear on it...

The upgraded blades? I have no idea how they could call them upgraded, although to be honest, I haven't tried them. They are very heavy, which I guess could be good for stability, but Max tried them and said they were crap, and I believe him just looking at them... It used to ship with fiberglass blades, cheap, and usually there were surface defects, but at least they worked..
