who wants to try 13ft skiff sailing single handed?
I was thinking we should run a race to see if the crews really do drive the boat or its all just talk.
we could almost run it on the lay day of the nationals??

i cant do it for shit. ive done it twice, the first time was good i could tack and gybe by the end of it. last time as you saw josh was appauling.

here is my advice, make sure you think of a way to have the tillers near the trap wire as you come through a tack - its impossible to hook up and grab a tiller from the stern at the same time. my boat hasnt got fruit loops any more so they were just pointing backwards whenever i wasn't holding them, before the foot loops stopped them sliding back. if i do it again i'm goign to have to put something into the gunwhale to stop them going past a certain point.

oh and i'm not doing it at nationals in case i totally fark up the boat smile.gif

ps. what happened to you and scott moth sailing?
